The upstairs cottage offers ocean views from the dining room, lounge room and from two of the three bedrooms.  The house has recently (2021/22) been renovated and painted inside and out, with additional stairs added for easier access. The kitchen is fully equipped with large freezer and fridge, microwave and gas stove.  The lounge room contains comfortable easy chairs and a TV.  Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has one single and one double bunk, bedroom 3 has two single beds (this house has sleeping capacity for 7).  The bathroom, laundry and toilet were completely renovated in November 2019.  All beds are furnished with doonas and pillows, mattress and pillow protectors. Blankets can be requested for additional warmth if needed.  We provide a bathmat and tea towels however we recommend that you bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels, although linen is available for hire if needed.  There is a large washing machine in the laundry and enough good weather outside to dry the clothes in an hour or so on the clothesline.  This is a comfortable and spacious house ideal for sitting, relaxing and chatting.

Both houses have BBQs and outdoor tables and chairs.  The ocean side of the houses is a perfect spot to watch the sun set.  There is a shared fish-cleaning table. There is also a further bathroom and seperate toilet in the garage (entry is between the houses) where guests from either or both houses can extend to use these facilities. Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday.  For specific queries telephone Mim on (08) 97291165 to discuss.  Otherwise consult the availability checkers above and follow the instructions to secure your booking.

This, the lower cottage, started out as a fishing shack, has been improved over time with new internal walls and a new kitchen and was substantially renovated in 2015 (including a new roof and veranda) in the wake of the cyclone that swept through the bay in March 2015 causing considerable damage to many houses in the estate. Thanks to upgrading the house to meet exacting modern-day cyclone-proof regulations you can rest easy that any future cyclones (which are rare in Coral Bay) should leave the houses undamaged. In 2021/22 the house was painted internally and externally, the bathroom was also given a facelift.   In recent years retaining walls have been built at the front and rear with a rear shade-sail installed over an added paved area. The kitchen contains a large freezer, fridge, microwave and gas stove. The lounge room combines with the dining area and contains a table and chairs and a comfortable sofa that extends from wall to wall. It also has a TV with a DVD player. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 (which is situated in a walkway that leads off the front veranda and is open to the kitchen) has two double bunks (this house has sleeping capacity for 8). All beds are furnished with doonas and  pillows, mattress and pillow protectors.  Blankets can be provided on request for additional warmth if needed. We provide a bathmat and tea towels however we recommend that you bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels, however linen is available for hire if needed. There is a large washing machine in the laundry and enough good weather outside to dry the clothes in an hour or so on the clothesline. This is an ideal house to use as an easy base around the edges of catching those big fish.
